The theme of the selection is “dignified Japanese-style hospitality.” A combination of tableware of different shapes, sizes and heights allows customers to enjoy the techniques of the chefs of Japanese cuisine visually. This series complements high-class sushi kaiseki and its attractive appearance with that created by a succession of masterful sushi chefs.
